§ 26.75. TTB Form 5000.23 PR, Notice of Termination of Bond.

When the appropriate TTB officer is satisfied that any bond given under the provisions of this subpart may be terminated, he shall issue TTB Form 5000.23 PR, Notice of Termination of Bond, and shall forward copies to the principal and to the surety. The appropriate TTB officer shall, prior to the termination date, notify the Secretary and the revenue agent of the proposed termination of any bond given under this part and the date of such termination. \[T.D. 6695, 28 FR 12932, Dec. 5, 1963, as amended by T.D.
